No society is dynamic more than its education system as well as no any education system can be more dynamic more than its teachers. So it is obvious that all teachers should be dynamic as well as foresighted. Teacher should remain at centre of social life and they should contribute for the social welfare.
Further, more all teachers must remain as lifelong students. They should struggle for their self development as well as development of the student. Then alone, they will be successful as friend, philosopher and guide students.
